Cantina Messori is located in Correggio, 60 km northwest of Bologna, in the heart of the Po Valley. The company's lands extend across the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia, areas historically renowned for Lambrusco.
The soil, composed mainly of clay and sand, combines with a climate characterized by hot summers and cool winters, creating the ideal conditions for obtaining grapes with a high sugar concentration. Each year, this region faces floods and other climate-related challenges, which Cantina Messori works hard to overcome to produce the finest expression of its land.
